AIMED PREPARATION PRODUCES GREAT RESULTS
The project is an international programme for youth who are working or want to work with youth. This can be as a volunteer or as a professional.
These are the main goals which you as a participant can focus on:
Preparing to be co-trainers and team members in „Synergy trainings”;
2) Gathering and preparing participants before a youth project;
3) Writing and organizing projects within the „European Youth Program”;
4) Taking „The next step” in personal development.
In „Aimed Preparation” we, the organisers, want to inspire the participants to:
- Be an inspiring leader;
- Organise activities from the beginning until the end in your own organisation;
- Develop communication skills through communication styles training;
- Be working in an international, intercultural team;
- Be able to organise outdoor activities;
- Be working through the ´learning by experience´ method,
- Be able to put all this into practice ´back home´.
The organisers (participants from previous years and professional trainers) do this out of one mutual vision:
To create a world that works for everyone
out of love, care and cooperation.
